Faccin provides – both on paper and electronically – comprehensive and detailed instruction manuals and technical guides that allow the machines designed and sold by the company to be installed and commissioned in full autonomy by the operator. For installing more complex machinery, however, the company’s technicians are expected to operate on site. Faccin also provides appropriate training to every Customer, organising specific training sessions.
To satisfy Customers’ production requirements and to promote a substantial increase in operability, Faccin also deals with machinery upgrade.
